We’re so glad you’re a part of Litton’s lion pride this year! Litton is a special middle school, one we’ve chosen intentionally for our own children and one we are proud to serve as volunteer leaders.

Not only is Litton a neighborhood school, but it also is an MNPS Optional school open to all 6-8 grade students in the MNPS system. It’s the “All” that we are most proud of as parents and we take inclusion very seriously. Litton and its PTSO strive to be a community where each student and their families can find their place.

Isaac Litton is a Tennessee STEM Designated middle school in the Inglewood neighborhood of Nashville, TN. The Tennessee Department of Education named Isaac Litton Middle as a REWARD SCHOOL in ‘21-’22 for "exemplifying student success in achievement and growth".

The Isaac Litton PTSO partners with the school to support teachers, students, and parents in three main areas:

Our PTSO PILLARS:

  • STUDENT ENRICHMENT: We strive to partner with the school in providing volunteers and/or academic enrichment opportunities for students (ex. funds to purchase teacher requested needs, student incentives)

  • COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: We are working to build and maintain a thriving community both within our school as well as with the larger East Nashville community (ex. Movie Night, School Spirit nights, Community Partnerships)

  • TEACHER & STAFF ENGAGEMENT: Through hospitality, we work to encourage and support the school and staff (ex. Lounge Lions T-Treats, Career Day Lunch)
